Consumable Fees for materials that are used only once vary according to grade (pay option schedule given in the financial policy for 2010-2011).
*A $100.00 Athletic Fee per sport will be assessed for all those on any athletic team (cheerleaders will be charged a flat rate of $125/year). This fee is per student/per sport. (Athletes & cheerleaders who sell at least 10 Knights’ Club Coupon Booklets in January 2010 may receive a $25.00 discount per sport for the 2010-2011 athletic season).
Note: Tuition payments are made on a ten-month basis with the fIrst payment due on August 1, and the last one on May 1.

Guidelines
Before School Care Hours: 6:30 to 7:40 A.M. (Doors EL1, EL2, EL3, and EL7 will be open for the students arriving between 7:40 and 8:00 A.M. with no charge). All Students arriving on campus before 7:40 A.M. must go to the Dining Hall and will be charged for the Before School Care. |

After School Care Hours:

Kindergarten students who are not picked up by 12:10 will be charged an additional $6.00.
Students who are still in the building at 3:20 will be sent to After School Care and will be billed and charged from 3:20 until they are picked up. All students still in the building at 3:20 MUST go to After School Care. |
Kindergarten children, who are staying in the afternoon, can purchase a hot lunch or bring one from home. A menu will be mailed home each month. |
The Before and After School Program is only for GCA students, not other children in the family, or outside our school family. |

* Parents must agree to a 9-week commitment.
** A $5.00 late fee will be charged for every 15 min. segment of time after 6:00 P.M. (Ex: 6:01 to 6:15 - $5.00 late fee; 6:16 to 6:30 - $10.00 late fee)
Parents will be billed weekly and all bills must be kept current in order for students to use the Before/After school Program. For their safety, students must be signed out by their parents/guardians from After School Care.
