Lisa is currently studying to receive her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education with a minor in History. She brings 18 years of experience to the GCA team. She and her husband have 3 adult children. Lisa enjoys reading, working outside and spending time at the beach.

After graduation from a Christian school, she attended Southeastern Free Will Baptist College where she received her B.S. in Secondary Education. Stacie not only serves as a pastor’s wife, but she also has a love for education. She has taught in various North Carolina Christian schools throughout the years. She teaches part-time at GCA as a middle school English teacher. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She is especially passionate about reading, music, and Carolina basketball. Stacie is married to Pastor Joe Ange and has two children, Harper and Hudson.

HS History and WorldviewPaul was saved as a child in Beirut, Lebanon where his parents served as missionaries for over 30 years. He attended Missouri State University where he received his B.A. in History. Paul served as the administrator at GCA for 17 years before returning full-time to the classroom. He brings 37 years of teaching experience to the GCA team and is a master teacher. Paul and his wife Brenda have seen their six children graduate from GCA. He enjoys time away from school with their fourteen grandchildren, visiting our nation’s capitol and other historical sites, and cycling.

She attended East Carolina University where she received her B.A in Special Education as well as her Masters in Special Education. Her two children graduated from GCA. Janice brings 40 years of experience to the GCA team.

She attended Pitt Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and Liberty University where she earned a B.A. in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. She brings 20 years of teaching experience to the GCA team. Crystal and her husband have two sons.

Coach Bovard is currently in his 10th year as being an Athletic Director in Christian education.

1st Grade TeacherKat grew up attending People’s Baptist Church and is a graduate of GCA. She was saved at the age of 19. Kat attended West Coast Baptist college where she graduated in 2013 with a bachelors in Elementary Education. While she has taught various grades from k5-6th, first grade is her absolute favorite. She is so thankful that the Lord has brought her and her family back to GCA. She loves Starbucks and long walks around Target.
